Older kids can help peel the apples while younger kids will love pressing the buttons on the food processor. Get your kids to stir in the nuts and add the honey and kosher wine. Decide together when it is sweet enough.
Chop nuts coarsely and place in a large bowl. Place the
apples in a food processor and process until they resemble a chunky
applesauce. Combine the apples with the chopped nuts. Add honey and
kosher wine to taste. Refrigerate.
