Resurrection College Prep High School celebrates 90 years of educating young women in Chicago. As the largest all-girls' Catholic school on the northwest side of Chicago, Resurrection draws students from throughout the city and surrounding suburbs and has graduated over 13,000 students. With an enrollment of approximately 650 students, Resurrection is large enough to offer highly effective, faith-based, single-gender academic and athletic programs and small enough to provide a warm family atmosphere.
With a 100% college acceptance rate, Resurrection's daily schedule is a modified A/B block of classes that meet every other day for an extended period of time. The schedule provides in-depth course work, a variety of instructional strategies, and the development of strong student-teacher relationships. The school also offers over 26 competitive athletic teams and over 50 clubs and organizations.
Eighth grade girls are also welcome to spend the day at Resurrection to shadow a current Resurrection student on any Wednesday during the school year. For more information or to schedule a shadow day, please call Debbie Gillespie at 773-775-6616 ext 129 or visit www.reshs.org.
