Someone's always watching...

That's what you can tell your kids, anyway -- a pleasant upside to a slightly unpleasant new addition to the Chicago public art scene.

Thirty feet high, bloodshot, and looking directly at you from seemingly every angle, "Eye," is a sculpture designed by Tony Tasset, an artist and professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago.

In addition to being a statement , the sculpture is nearly guaranteed to scare your kids into their best behavior. Or inspire a new generation of would-be opthamologists. So take a stroll down to Pritzger Park at Van Buren and State Streets in the South Loop, or click through the slideshow below.
