When I think Mother's Day, I think brunch. Here are three spots perfect for brunch on Mother's Day or any other weekend.

1) Urban, friendly and delicious, Old Oak Tap is perfect for families during the weekend brunches. Don't miss the warm and savory deep-fried apple fritters. Parents will love the $3 mimosa special.
2109 W. Chicago Ave., Chicago
(773) 772-0406

2) On the ground floor of the W Hotel, looking out onto Lake Michigan, families can find breakfast standards and eggless options on WAVE's "Nourish" menu. The chef turns standards upside down, as with her re-imagined Pop Tart, a delicious treat. Be sure to sample one of the freshly pressed juices.
644 N. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago
(312) 255-4460

3) With two Chicago locations, Wishbone offers hearty southern-style brunch options for kids and adults. From "Flying Eggs" to sweet or savory cakes, everyone can find a palate-pleasing option.
1001 W. Washington Blvd. (312) 850-2663
3300 N. Lincoln Ave. (773) 549-2663
