Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But what tastes good isn't always good for you. With health and picky eaters in mind, Chicago Parent grabbed a few kid testers and put these healthy breakfast items to the test.

From pancakes and syrup to juice and granola, our 18 kid testers, ranging from age 4 to 15, discovered that taste and texture reign supreme.
