Junior chefs can enter a video of themselves cooking for a chance to win prizes and a spot on the Junior Chefs of America Web site. Kids, ages 10-18, can create an original webisode featuring themselves cooking up their favorite recipe. The deadline for entries is Feb. 9. More information is available at www.jrchefsofamerica.com/contest.

Jr. Chefs of America is a new Web site for kids to help them master cooking skills. It features original webisodes with kid-friendly recipes demonstrated by kids. The Web site also teaches safety and kitchen skills such as setting the table and using a microwave.
