Evenflo Activity Centers. The cap on one end of the table can
loosen and fall off, posing a fall hazard. The recall targets
Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun stationary activity centers made
between October 2006 and December 2008. Contact Evenflo to receive

Safety 1st SmartLight Stair Gates. The hinges that hold the
stair gate in place can break, posing a fall hazard if the gate is

Arch Swing Sets. Sold by Playland International dealers from
September 2001 through May 2006 for $800-$2,300. The metal around
the weld at the top of the swing frame can fail, causing the top

rattles can detach, posing a choking hazard. Contact Infantino for
