Secret to fighting the cold is.... lots of OJ to boost our immune system, hand washing is never enough, hand sanitzer of coarse and we always make sure to bundle up when we go in the cold.

My family's secret weapon to fight a cold and flu is to make sure we wash our hands alot and use plenty of hand sanitizers. We cover our mouth and nose with a tissue when we cough or sneeze and toss them in the garbage, then we get the honey, tea and lemon juice.
