Snowshoeing or X-Country skiing in the forest preserves, making plaster casts of tracks we find in the snow, icicle hunts, putting out food for the critters, catching snowflakes on black paper, insulation experiments, you name it! Sometime we can only be out for a short amount of time, so theses games would be a wonderful indoor extension. |

We have already lost our first 2 snowmen, been sledding down hills and for hikes as well, while looking for the animals playing hide and seek.
