SUE Turns Five In High Style

SUE, the world's beloved T.rex, invited everyone to join her in 4 days of birthday fun at her Field Museum home.  Grammy award winner Al Jarreau ledguests of all sizes in singing "Happy Birthday" and acclaimed chef Wolfgang Puck presented Sue with a dino-sized and dino-shaped chocolate ganache cake. Chicago Parent provided crowns and glitter paints, stickers and stamps for everyone to make their own festive birthday hat as well as face painters and balloon artists to add to the fun! Huge dinosaur puppets roamed the hallway as live bands performed amidst theatre performances and interactive displays May 14 - 17.
