Having fun in the swimming pool!!!

Hello everybody! I just joined Chicago Parent club and I am really amazed what great articles everyone can find here. I just love it.

Anyways, I am a mom of two wonderful children, age 16 months and 3 years old, and I just wanted to share with everybody that I've recently discovered a really great place for your little ones to go to. I am talking about swim lessons that we all take at Edgewater Athletic Swim Club in Chicago. We just have so much fun out there with the best swim instructor in the whole world, Pawel Gut. My son and daughter love those lessons so much I can't get them out of the swimming pool every single week. They love water, splashing around, and of course having fun, so that place is perfect for them. At the end of the day they are really tired and fall asleep pretty fast, but still can't wait to go and have fun with their swim instructor, Pawel Gut, next week. I just wanted to share my experience with all other moms that are still looking for some great ideas where to go to, or what to do during those hot summer days.

I will be more than happy to give you more information on those swim classes, if you're interested in. Also, if you have any other suggestions or heard about some other interesting places to go to, please, let me know.  I really appreciate it.

Thanks for the information.  I have a few questions.  Are these private lessons?  What things does the instructor do with a child who is 16 months?  Are the kids really able to learn to swim this young?
