My six year old son would want to see "a RHINO, 'cuz I think they are cool and they are big. And they could easily SMASH me."

My eight year daughter wants to see "a giant SQUID. I wouldn't think I'd see one on safari on land, but I might see one in the ocean. They are huge, and that is why I like them." 

My 3 year old son's favorite animal is monkey's (perhaps because he has the most in common with them?)  A trip to the zoo is not complete without seeing them, so I am guessing if he were on a safari it would be the same.  My daughter's favorite animal she woud have to see on a safari would be giraffe's. 

My daughter's favorite animal are elephants.  The first animal we have to visit are the elephants everytime we go to the zoo.  She tries to make elephant sounds all the time like her Grandpa does.  She even called me once when I was at work (she had gone to the zoo with her Grandma) full of excitement to tell me that she saw the elephant poop and it was really big like him!
