Winter Wonderfest at Navy Pier is one of our favorite holiday happenings, but all those fun activities can cost a pretty penny. So the folks at Chicago's Navy Pier are giving away three pairs of wristbands (valued at $15 each) to the fest, which just kicked off last week. And since it's open until Jan. 8, we have a feeling it will be the perfect way to spend some family time over winter break.
