The Girlfriend Trip

Posted Apr 27, 2010 5:54 PM

We connect with the rest of the group, relax with a glass of wine and appreciatively acknowledge the lack of connection to time. Yoga for Parents

Posted Apr 21, 2010 5:21 PM

The Continuous Climb

Posted Apr 6, 2010 1:53 PM

I quickly climb to the backseat so I can sit by her and nod to my husband to keep driving. I hug her as we begin to ascend the hill. Right before we hit the top she lets out a scream, but it quickly turns to silence as she catches a view of the other side. In front of her are trees, houses, flowers and a park. Her only word is, “oh”.

The Process of Pain

Posted Mar 29, 2010 10:38 PM

Right now I have a cracked lens and I am in the process of sitting in uncomfortable emotion. I have been here before – pain is the human experience and I have never been, nor do I ever expect to be, immune to it. Historically speaking I have learned a great deal from my pain.
