Meet Cathy Cassani Adams
About this blog
Cathy Cassani Adams is searching for greater meaning and higher purpose. Her search has taken her down different paths, from the aisles of the self-help section, to the workshops of gurus, to her past experience as a child and family therapist at Children's Memorial Hospital, to her current work as a certified Parent Coach and yoga instructor. But her greatest lessons come from her three beautiful daughters, ages 8, 6, and 3. Cathy is the author of "The Self-Aware Parent: 19 Lessons for Growing with Your Children.", she's an instructor in the Sociology Department at Dominican University, and she and her husband Todd host Zen Parenting Radio on Pagatim.fm. Cathy lives with her family in Elmhurst and she can be found at www.cathycassaniadams.com.
