All Natural Baby Food Series Hosted by Socca's Roger Herring
Wednesday, October 27, 2010My baby never ate baby food, but he's pretty unusual that way. For most of you with little munchkins, you're probably going through jars and jars of mushy baby food faster than you can chug a latte. Some of you probably make that stuff at home. Which is why I thought you all would be interested in the "Make Your Own Baby Food" event series at the Kenmore Live Studio in Downtown Chicago.
On Monday afternoons from 12:00 - 1:00p.m., the interactive studio will host free events to teach new and expectant parents tips for making healthy, all-natural baby food. Local Chicago chef, Roger Herring, of the northside favorite restaurant, Socca, will be sharing recipes and samples and taking questions from guests who want the best for baby at mealtime. Roger was inspired to create all-natural baby food recipes by his very own two children, his daughter, Breeze and son, Trey.
The events will occur on the first Monday of every month, kicking off on Monday, November 1st and will run through May.
Also, Kenmore Live Studio is making it easy for those of us who can't scoot away from the baby to watch it live on the web. The live broadcast will run at: www.facebook.com/kenmore where you can watch the demonstrations and ask questions.
The Kenmore Live Studio is located at:
678 N Wells Street
Chicago, IL 60654
