New Moms Group Starting in Roscoe Village/ Lakeview

I'm always looking for new ways to meet moms, and so when my friend Allison emailed me about a new moms group she's starting this week, I had to let my new mom readers know. So, here's the deal from Allison. You should check it out!

Two Roscoe Village Mom's, Alison Kramme,Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor & Sara Sladoje, Child Development Specialist are starting a new mom's group: GRASP (Gathering, Reflecting As Parents)

The group is for moms with babies 0-9 months of age and will meet weekly beginning in Sept with each week introducing a new topic ranging from couple's relationship post baby to parent/infant bonding, post-partum emotions and child development. They aim to provide a very nurturing, open atmosphere to foster group discussion and share concerns and feelings around parenting and motherhood. The group begins Thursday, September 16th from 10:45-11:45 am and will take place at Self-Centered Yoga Studio 2201 W. Belmont Ave. The cost is $180 for a six week session.
