As mothers, we may already have plans for this upcoming Mother's Day, but after seeing the preview for the new movie Babies, I may change mine.

Opening this Friday, the movie follows the adventures of four babies from around the world."Babies" highlights the vast differences in the ways babies are born and raised from cultures as close to us as San Francisco and as far away as Mongolia.

I had pleasure of watching the trailer over and over and talking to a representative from Focus Features at a recent event, and I can say without even seeing the whole movie that even though I spend all day every day with a six-month-old I'd spend money watching someone else's baby cavort on the big screen. Especially if I get to see it for free.
