
Acknowledge what you did. Talk to your child about how it made them feel. Apologize. Tell them what you will do next time so as to not lose it. Your child will learn that you are human (you lost it) you are not perfect (when you acknowledge/apologize) you can make better choices in the future. It's a great lesson!
