
To fix things, I try to explain to them why I lost it and that it's OK to lose it every once in a while as long as you say I'm sorry. I'm not only their mother, I'm human too! Everyone has bad days but as long as you acknowledge what you did, I think it can teach them a lesson about respecting other people's feelings.
