
Unless a parent is mercilessly beating their child, absolutely not! It's none of my business. We all make parenting mistakes. If I stepped in, the parent could become defensive and the child could suffer even more. I think that more of a focus could be placed on correcting our own less-than-desirable behaviors than on trying to point out and fix other people's.
