After feeling frustrated with the high sugar and canola oil
granolas at the grocery store, I started baking my own with extra
virgin olive oil for a heart healthy boost, flaxseeds for omega-3s,
and kamut, a high fiber superfood. This creation resulted in
starting my own food company called Jolly Oak.
Not only does my family enjoy my Good For You Granola every
morning with yogurt or milk, but I use it in one of my favorite
chocolate chip cookie recipes. This recipe is healthier than the
usual chocolate chip cookie, but I promise, it tastes just as

breakfast, lunch, a snack, or dessert!
