I decided on a cooking project, as usual. It was too steamy to
go outside and play. We mashed bananas, mixed them with yogurt and
poured the mixture into ice cube trays. We allowed the mixture to

is the perfect healthy snack for when your child comes home hot and
sweaty. Add your child's favorite toppings to make it extra
special. My daughter loved rainbow sprinkles on top!
2 6oz. nonfat vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 ripe bananas (the riper the banana, the sweeter the

1. Mash bananas and mix with vanilla Greek yogurt.
2. Pour yogurt and banana mixture into ice cube trays and freeze
3. Once frozen, place yogurt cubes into a blender for about 2
minutes or until smooth.
