Fill the kids up with fruit at your next barbecue

Most likely at some point this summer, you will be asked to prepare a fruit salad. No recipe needed here! Simply arrange your fruit on the platter by the colors of the rainbow.

I used strawberries, cantaloupe, pineapple, green grapes and blueberries.

My daughter giggled with excitement as we designed the platter together. She could hardly wait to present our fruit tray at the barbecue. As soon as the fruit was placed out, the kids had so much fun eating the rainbow.

That was the pot of gold at the end!
