This recipe is super easy, quick, and healthy. More importantly,

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange fish side by side in dish.
Salt and pepper the top of the filets.
In a small bowl, combine oil and lemon juice. Pour mixture over
each piece of fish.
Bake until just opaque in center, about 10 minutes.
Lightly spread pesto on top of each piece and cook another 2-3
minutes or until fish is cooked through.
