In eight hour-long episodes, Lifetime's hospital docu-series "One Born Every Minute" takes an in-depth look at life inside the maternity ward at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, as expectant mothers enter their final stages of pregnancy.

Based on the popular U.K. format, OBEM goes from the delivery room to the operating room, front desk and nurses station, with 40 cameras that roll 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to capture the high drama, humor and overwhelming emotion of childbirth as new lives begin and others change forever.

Lifetime's One Born Every Minute, premieres Tuesday, February 1 at 10/9c, and Cosmotot is hosting a giveaway to celebrate mommies in the making.

One randomly selected winner will win a soft and stylish gift set including:

Wow, there are so many. To be completely honest, I do love that I could eat anything I wanted during pregnancy, because I did give myself the excuse that I was eating for two. And I did love the cravings I got! Trying to lose the weight though-not so much liking that part! I loved the nursing time-because my two other children knew it was snuggle up with a book time, and I had all three of my kids close to me!

Realizing how different my 2 boys were going to be after just a few weeks. 1 boy loved to cuddle and be peaceful, the other, hated being in a bassinet, didn't want to be cuddled, he wanted to move move move!

Favorite moment

A few minutes after my nine and a half pound butterball was born, I finally got hold him in my arms--after nine + months of waiting and watching my belly stretch and jiggle and move. At that moment he was more real to me than he ever had been before--he was warm against my chest and I held him close to me as my husband put his arm around both of us. That was the best feeling in the world--the feeling of being a real mother and of having a complete family for the first time.

One Born Every Minute

By Dina on Tuesday, November 13, 2012

My most memorable motherhood moment was the day after my little girl was born, I was in the hospital room with just her and had a nice talk with her. I told her all my dreams and wishes for her and cried because I couldn't believe I had a baby.
