As we teeter on the cusp of celebrating family togetherness, Thanksgiving feasts, and elastic waist pants, it's pretty clear that Christmas is right around the corner.
ABC Family and Build-A-Bear Workshop came together to create some pre-holiday "hoofla" with the nationwide premiere of an animated special, Holly and Hal Moose: Our Uplifting Christmas Adventure, the first movie ever for the 12-year old retailer.
The one-hour feature movie is based on a book and webisode series that introduced Holly and Hal Moose last year, and will make ts nationwide debut on ABC Family on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT, with an encore presentation on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 10 a.m. ET/PT.
Post-movie, families can recreate the movie by making their own Holly and Hal stuffed animals and dressing them in new signature outfits and accessories.
Build-A-Bear Workshop will also introduce Lil' Hal, a rogue robot in Santa's workshop turned Holly's loveable sidekick. Merchandise is available at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores and online.
The movie DVD will be released starting Nov. 25.
