City or suburbs? It's a question all Chicago parents have asked themselves at least once, and it's also a deeply personal question. Some of us are city folks at heart and can't imagine living anywhere else. For others, the third-floor walkups and Wrigleyville crowds and CPS crapshoot are too much.

We asked our ChiTown Parent bloggers to weigh in on their decision, and here's what they said. From Heather, who says she thinks living in the city pushes her to be a better parent, to Selena, who says city living provides the perfect ansewr to the "can I have a car?" question when it comes, to Amy and Aaron, who find themselves suburb-bound with 18-month-old Mia.
