Special exhibit showcases 80 rarely displayed artifacts from the museum's extensive collection in honor of the museum's 80th anniversary. These artifacts, carefully selected by MSI curators, will ignite guests' memories from past exhibits but many will be revealed for the first time.

Animal Inside Out

The exhibition showcases more than 100 animal specimens that have been preserved through the process of Plastination. From goats to giraffes and octopuses to ostriches, guests will see the inner workings of some of the world's most impressive animals and better understand the evolution of animals and the natural world.

A new exhibit that explores how food connects us to the natural world and to each other. Sights, smells and tastes benchmark the story of food as it journeys into our stomachs and imagination. Includes hands-on interactives, family activities and active public programs.

Start With A Sketch Exhibition

Geneva History Center | Geneva, Ill.

Exhibition highlighting the culture of illustration through the talented cartoonists, illustrators and voice actors connected to the Geneva community. Features well-known artists such as Daws Butler, the voice of Yogi Bear and many Hanna Barbera characters, along with Chester Gould, creator of the Dick Tracy comic strip.

At Your Pace Art Studio

Wonder Works | Oak Park, Ill.

Wonder Works allows children to spend as much, or as little, time creating art as they need; gently guided by our artist in residence. We provide a plethora of both recycled and new materials, ideas for projects (or children can create by their own design) and hours of opportunity to explore their creative side.
