Explore and enjoy nature with your child and use discovery activities that are designed to enhance sensory, observational, and language skills. Walk includes free time for exploration around the ponds. Dress for the weather and bring your own water, bug spray, etc. to ensure the comfort of your child.

The exhibition, created by the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, explores the history of our 16th President, from his boyhood to his last years in office. Includes various family-friendly events.

Interactive learning centers include a barn slide, apple orchard and chicken coop. Maggie, a life-sized fiberglass milking cow sponsored by Golden Oaks Farm in Wauconda, will be the focus of the new exhibit. Maggie is over five feet tall and features a working udder that recirculates the water that children "milk."
